End of the Quarter Thurs 4/8

The end of the quarter is Thursday, April 8th. This is half way through second semester so it means these grades go on your permanent record. Please reach out to me about missing assignments, we can work together during asynchronous time to get you caught up.

Society of Women Engineers at the University of Portland Thursday

Hello Grant Engineering and Robotics students,  I am the faculty advisor for the Society of Women Engineers at the University of Portland. Our club would like to invite your high school student clubs to our meeting this week. Since we are operating in a virtual world right now, anyone can easily join our meetings via Zoom. University of Portland STEM Lunar Rover Contest

The goal of the University of Portland robotics club is to design and build a robot capable of traversing  the moon and digging icy regolith, which gives astronauts a means of obtaining water and other useful  materials in space! This helps save the costs to transport materials to the moon, and helps further the  opportunity for more space travel, such as to Mars!   Here is the flyer  There are prizes!! All submissions must be turned in no later than March 19th, 2021 by 11:59 pm.
